A little clarity
about your details.
Project and service requests
Isle88 collects the name, email address, and project details you choose to submit so the studio can review and reply to your request. Requests are stored in a private studio tracker. The form does not create a paid order or subscribe you to marketing.
Service orders and payments
Checkout stores your contact details, chosen service and scope, order reference, amounts, and payment status in the private studio desk. Preview orders are labeled as demonstrations and take no payment. When payments are enabled, Stripe collects card details on its secure checkout page; Isle88 does not collect or store your full card number. Orders do not subscribe you to marketing.
Your client workspace
Your private order link opens a workspace for the brief, reference links, progress updates, messages, delivery links, and review decisions. Treat that link like a password; anyone with it can open the workspace. Preview workspaces contain sample work and never start an engagement. Keep a copy of the link or contact Isle88 with your order reference if you lose it.
Classes
Preview enrollments are saved as demonstrations and do not reserve seats or take payment. Real enrollments record the class, date, contact details, attendance instructions, and payment or reservation status. Class registration and interest lists do not subscribe you to Field Notes.
Field Notes
A newsletter signup records your email, chosen subjects, consent, and confirmation status. Your address becomes subscribed only after you use the confirmation link. Confirmation links expire. You can unsubscribe through the email link or ask Isle88 for help.
How the site handles information
The site uses Cloudflare-hosted storage through Sites and Resend for transactional email delivery. The studio can access the private tracker through an authorized account. Limited anti-abuse records use a salted hash rather than storing your raw IP address. The site does not sell your details or include advertising trackers.
What to leave out
Please do not submit passwords, customer records, patient information, financial account details, or other sensitive material. If an engagement needs confidential access, we agree on a suitable channel first.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete a request or subscription by contacting studio@isle88.com. Keep your request reference if you have one. Calendar bookings use Google Calendar’s own service and privacy terms.
